It was then I had to pluck up the courage to change, to take the first scary step, so, I did, I joined a gym.
My fitness journey only began when I was 27, it didn’t come naturally to me and it’s been a roller coaster ride, one full of imperfections, but hey, that’s life!!

After FINALLY discovering how good it felt to look after my body and to be in shape, I decided to become a personal trainer, only to discover a whole new world of pain lay ahead…
I struggled through my first few years as a trainer, trying for those 6 pack abs that never seemed to show up, no matter how hard I tried…
